Nick's Latin America Camera Roll

I wanted to do a quick recap of my time spent in Latin America on this last tour. I’ve tried to make it a point to take more photos while I’m on tour. Usually what I do is I upload photos to Jenna at the end of everyday and show her the things I’ve seen. So, I figured I’d share some photos from my iPhone for you guys to see.

Mexico City is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. The people are so kind. The food is incredible. The history of Mexico City is amazing to hear about, but also see firsthand. We were fortunate to have a day off and visit Teotihuacán.

Santiago, Chile was an amazing experience for us. We got to visit San Cristóbal and I couldn’t believe how gorgeous the views were of the city. It was a blast taking the gondola ride to the very top.

Next stop was São Paulo. We had a big band & crew dinner the night we got there. Gotta do a Brazilian steakhouse when you’re there. You just gotta tell them to pump the brakes or they’ll keep feeding you until you can’t take it anymore. It can be a gluttonous experience, but well worth it.

Buenos Aires. The people here are so sweet. Had a lot of fun walking around in the mornings there. There’s a photo I tried to take of the line outside the venue.. then I got spotted. Haha. By the way, that was one of craziest shows we’ve ever played. Much love to the people of Argentina.

Lima, Perú was a new place I’d never been to until this tour. The cooler weather was perfect. We got to spend 3 days here. I was told to try the ceviche in Lima — it was unreal! Got to explore a bit and had a lot of fun doing that.

With our final two shows being in Mexico, I was definitely feeling the exhaustion of tour. Realizing we’d been gone for 7 solid weeks, I was feeling it. Missing home. Missing my wife. Missing my bed. But, the last two shows were such an amazing way to end the tour. I love Topo Chico, which is bottled in Monterrey, so I must’ve drank about 20 while I was there. Ha! Met some amazing & immensely talented people in Monterrey and Guadalajara. Received some great fan art - which I always keep and take home with me. Also brought home some deliciously hot chile sauce.

It was such an unreal tour that I will forever cherish deeply. It never gets old to me, experiencing other cultures & realizing how big this world really is. Makes you appreciate life more. I encourage YOU to travel and open your mind a bit more. I guarantee you’ll surprise yourself and come back a different person.
